We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee our food and beverage operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and bar, with any catering experience advantageous.

Reports to:

Responsibilities
Serving members/guests and upselling food and drinks
Cellar Management
Stock taking
Ensuring the EPOS till system is up to date with products and pricing
Opening & Closing duties to include daily banking tasks
Assisting in the running of Club functions and events
Key holder
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Maintain excellent health & food safety standards
Support in training and developing staff
Consistency in delivering a high standard of customer service
In the absence of the F&B Manager, uphold the standards of LGC and ensure the smooth running of both the food and beverage operations
Requirements
Excellent communicator
Self-motivated, energetic, and charismatic
Demonstrate a positive approach to teamwork
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to adverse situations
Minimum 1-year bar experience
Previous hospitality experience advantageous
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
Proven experience in a food service or hospitality role, with a focus on leadership.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in food preparation and catering services is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
