We are looking for an engaging and highly motivated

Online Tutor

to deliver and design learning resources for Level 3 qualifications. Delivery will be entirely remote via Microsoft Teams. You will initially teach and support adult learners undertaking:

Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Autism Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health
The role involves planning resources and delivering interactive and supportive online sessions, designing high-quality learning materials, and ensuring learners are motivated and able to achieve. You will play a key part in supporting learner success and progression in both work and life.

Design and deliver engaging

online lessons and resources

for Level 3 qualifications via MS Teams.

Motivate and inspire learners, encouraging participation and progression.

Ensure learners understand the requirements, features, and benefits of their programme.

Provide coaching, guidance, and encouragement to build learner confidence, skills, and knowledge.

Offer information, advice, and guidance to learners throughout their programme to support their progression into positive destinations.

Differentiate tasks to challenge learners of all abilities.

Teach using a variety of online methods and tools, incorporating group interaction and individual development.

Mark, assess, monitor, and provide timely written and verbal feedback to learners.

Ensure all required documentation and compliance paperwork is completed accurately.

Produce weekly and monthly reports on learner attendance, progress, and any issues.

Work towards company-set KPIs.

Maintain personal CPD, attending training and development activities as required.

Commit to safeguarding adult learners, raising concerns with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) where appropriate.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as set and requested by the management team to report on attendance, progress made, concerns, and any other related information.

and passionate about supporting adult learners.

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Proven experience delivering training or teaching at Level 3 or above. Experience designing high-quality teaching materials and resources. Strong knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring, Autism awareness, and Mental Health. Proven ability to build positive and supportive relationships with learners. Knowledge of strategies to maximise attendance and achievement in online learning. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience delivering training via MS Teams (or other online platforms). Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Desirable Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Willingness to upskill and widen subject specialisms. Experience of Ofsted inspections and quality standards. Experience collaborating with colleagues to coordinate delivery and ensure learner success.

Qualifications (Essential):

Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics. Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent). Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or willingness to work towards). Qualifications relating to the competent delivery of Level 3 Autism/Mental Health and/or Coaching/Mentoring

Qualifications (Desirable):

Level 2 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification. Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and effective interpersonal skills

Team player

Excellent use of online functions of online delivery and MS Teams to utilise the classroom experience.

Be able to engage and develop professional relationships with adult learners, people with potentially challenging barriers to employment and those from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Ability to set and work to deadlines.
