Role Purpose

CBRE is seeking a London based, highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial modelling and updating key KPIs to support key business decisions. This role involves analysing financial data, developing financial models, preparing disbursement cost modelling, and providing insightful recommendations to improve financial performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and possesses a passion for financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support disbursements recharging and revenue forecasting Analyse financial results, identify trends, and provide variance analysis against budget and prior periods. Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and develop realistic budgets. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results, to management. Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Person Specification/Requirements

PQ/studying CIMA, AAT, ACCA Previous experience using PeopleSoft will be an advantage; Strong excel skills and Power BI experience, with Excellent attention to detail Interpersonal Skills Strong client facing and communication skills (interacting with both investors and borrowers); Proactive nature to get ahead on tasks rather than waiting for fee earners to send over instruction; Team mentality.
