Job Summary :

The Proposal and Feasibility group are looking for qualified interns in the penultimate year of their study to support our team in our London office starting in 2026. This is a 12-month University Placement opportunity.

The Proposal and Feasibility team is looking for student with degree in Life Science or related fields to support our pre-award study activities in the field of pharmaceutical development. This internship will provide clinical research experience in study design strategy, clinical operations and feasibility.

The Proposal and Feasibility team is a highly collaborative team with members in both the London and Cincinnati offices, which provides interns the opportunity to work directly with international employees.

The internship has a detailed onboarding process followed by a mentored path to independence for students. Daily activities include benchmarking, literature research, project coordination and team meeting with the global team. Students have weekly meetings with their supervisor, whom they interact with daily. They also receive the support of full-time writers/coordinators on the team for various projects, as needed. This team emphasizes an open learning environment for students and employees to learn from each other and accomplish projects.
Responsibilities :
Create study-specific feasibility questionnaires, cover letters, and other feasibility-related documents. Assist project teams with preparation for bid defense meetings; and Support departmental process improvement initiatives and general departmental administrative functions. Draft standard documents in accordance with agreed strategy and Sponsor requirements within often expedited timelines Contribute to assigned process improvement initiatives and support implementation Define action plans and timelines; manage and determine modifications needed to ensure proposal alignment with client requirements and business strategies Perform quality control/peer review and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments
