Work on a case load, providing strategic advice on repossession sales, acting on behalf of lenders in repossession or appointed receivers.
Support relationships with key financial services clients including banks, Receivers and/or niche lenders.
Fee earning case work including being responsible for your own cases
Assisting lead conveyancer/team members.
Drafting correspondence
Managing key dates
Assisting with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information
Working towards your individual billing target
Skills and Experience:
You will ideally have experience in carrying your own caseload, a knowledge in repossession sales is welcomed but not required
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint, interwoven would be beneficial
A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
Able to understand your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture
