We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, with income directly tied to the revenue generated from your case load. If you are a self-starter with a strong track record in personal injury litigation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury files from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with medical professionals and other experts to build strong cases. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and answering any questions. Work independently and efficiently to maximise case outcomes and profits.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
