experienced solicitors

who wish to work on a

fee-sharing consultancy basis

-- ideal for individuals with their own client following or the ability to generate new business, and who want the freedom to manage their own workload with the full support of an established firm.

The Opportunity

This role offers an excellent opportunity for ambitious solicitors seeking flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential without the administrative burden of running a practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress your own caseload within your area of expertise (e.g.

Immigration, Litigation, Family, Housing, Conveyancing)

. Advise and represent clients in accordance with the firm's standards and regulatory requirements. Generate new business and manage client relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with the

SRA Code of Conduct

and internal firm procedures. Keep accurate records using the firm's

case management system (LEAP)

. Collaborate with colleagues where cross-departmental work arises.

Requirements

Qualified

Solicitor

(England & Wales) with current

Practising Certificate

. Minimum

3 years' PQE

(or equivalent experience in your area of law). Ability to bring your own following or actively generate work. Excellent client care and communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to manage your own caseload independently. Commitment to maintaining the firm's compliance and quality standards.
