RecQuest are working with an expanding boutique London private client team on their quest to find a motivated Private Client Paralegal with strong fee-earning experience. If you're keen to progress in a supportive and well-respected firm, this is a fantastic opportunity.
You will need
Minimum
2 years' hands-on Private Client fee earning experience
Managing a caseload of Private Client matters from instruction to completion Drafting wills, LPAs, and trust documentation Handling probate applications and estate administration Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with professionalism and discretion Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standardsWhat you'll receive
