We are recruiting a part-time Fees and Finance Administrator to work 20 hours per week over 3 days. This is a full year role however there will be points in the year you will need to work full-time i.e. during audits, the end of the school year and start of the new school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer student fee billing, payments, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts in line with institutional policies
Working knowledge of VAT regulations and their application in a school or charitable context.
Liaise with students, parents, and external agencies regarding fee queries and payment plans
Support the finance team with reporting, audits, and compliance tasks
Contribute to process improvements and ensure data integrity across systems
What We're Looking For:
Experience in finance administration, preferably in an educational or public sector setting
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
