This is a rewarding role supporting older adults and those with complex needs to stay safe, well, and independent in the comfort of their own home.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Supporting our care team in the field with care assistant observations
Contributing to the development of care plans
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:
Female carers with a minimum of 12 months' professional care experience
(domiciliary, nursing, residential or hospital)
Passion for delivering truly
person-centred, high-quality care
Confident in handling more advanced care tasks or eager to learn
Full UK driving licence
and access to your own vehicle
Reliable, empathetic, and great with people
Excellent verbal and written English
What We Offer:
14.00 per hour
+ 35p mileage
Double pay on bank holidays
Flexible shifts (early, late, full days) with
guaranteed hours contracts available
Paid travel time between visits
Funded NVQ/QCF qualifications in Health & Social Care
