Working 5 days a week with variable shift times.

Pay: 12.21 hourly rate

About the Role:





As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth transition of passengers, staff and airport personnel whilst always maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.



Main Responsibilities


Passenger Screening - Screening all passengers to the required standards. X-Ray Screening - Screening/searching cabin & hold baggage to ensure no prohibited articles are brought in Access Control - Controlling of access to the aerodrome. Patrolling -Carry out foot patrols of airside/landside locations to ensure they are secure. Responding to and assisting with emergency situations. Carrying out body searches on passengers and staff members

What we are looking for:




Have excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic IT skills Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure. Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary. Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team. Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.

Minimum of 3-year UK residency A 5-year checkable background
