Join Our Team - Female Brain Injury Support Worker | Southport, Lancashire

Pay:

16.22 per hour

Requirement:

Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle

Bank Hours:

Tuesday & Saturday 10:00-16:00

brain injury and learning disabilities

, including reduced mobility, dysphasia, hearing loss, and cognitive challenges. You'll help them enjoy daily activities, maintain independence, and feel supported at home and in the community.

What You'll Do

+ Assist with daily living routines, personal care, and mobility
+ Administer medication and monitor health conditions
+ Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
+ Maintain accurate records and report changes in the client's condition
+ Collaborate with family and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Who We're Looking For

+ Experience supporting adults with

brain injuries or learning disabilities

+ Confident in handling challenging behaviours
+ Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
+ Flexible to work the scheduled hours
