We are currently looking for Care Assistants to join our
Welwyn Garden City
team and surrounding areas.Pay & Benefits

.Who Can Apply To apply,
you must have access to the following for travel:
Full UK driving licence and access to own car (with business insurance).
Availability for one of the following shifts:
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 9 pm Saturday - Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 9 pm
Your Role
Support individuals with daily activities: personal care, companionship, medication, and more. Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with client care plans. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and their families. Monitor wellbeing and report any changes to the Care Manager. Uphold Hartwig Care's core values: people-focused, excellence-driven, respectful, and proact.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication. Professional, warm, and respectful. Confidence using initiative in dynamic situations. Passion for supporting independence and dignity at home.
