Delight Care & Support Services is looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and caring Female Care Assistants to join our friendly team providing outstanding domiciliary care throughout Cardiff, Barry & Penarth.

No prior care experience? No worries! We hire based on your values and personality. Full training, ongoing support, and paid shadowing shifts will be provided to ensure you're confident and equipped to deliver exceptional care.

Please Note:

This role involves visiting clients in their own homes across Cardiff (North & South), Barry & Penarth

A UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle is Preferred.

Legal status is UK & Right to work. For whose already on skill worker visa with other care companies we can offer 20 hours Weekly.

Your Role Includes:

Supporting clients with personal care tasks Providing friendly companionship Assisting with meal preparation, shopping, and basic domestic duties Medication support Promoting independence, enabling clients to enjoy life at home comfortably

Working Hours:

Flexible shifts available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) Full-time, part-time, and permanent positions available

Areas Covered:

Cardiff South:

Cardiff City Centre, Cardiff Bay, Grangetown, Splott, Canton, Caerau, Rumney, Llanrumney, St Mellons, Tremorfa

Cardiff North:

Radyr, Morganstown, Whitchurch, Lisvane, Llanishen, Heath, Rhiwbina, Pentyrch, Creigiau

Vale of Glamorgan:

Barry, Rhoose, Penarth, Wenvoe

Most of shifts will be in Cardiff CF24, CF14, CF23, CF11, CF5 & CF3

Essential Requirements:

Fluent in English (written & verbal) Right to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred:

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car is
