Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Help with mobility and physical support, including moving and handling
Manage behaviours effectively, particularly for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition
Requirements
Ability to commit to at least
6 months
Ability to work weekends
DBS Check required (essential)
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
Caring, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care
