Join My Fabulous Care Team!

Are you kind, fun-loving, and ready to make a difference? I'm on the lookout for *female carers to join my amazing team in Kent, supporting me with my complex needs. I am a vibrant young woman who absolutely loves music, dance, all things pink, and a sprinkle of glitter!

I live in Hildenborough with my lovely family, two dogs (a Labrador and a Labradoodle), and a fully adapted home designed for me. I have a growing team of talented carers and am excited to welcome some new faces.

What's the role like?

You'll be part of my everyday adventures - from getting ready for my day, to chilling at home, joining me at my day centre, or heading out for fun activities. Weekends are all about activities - maybe a trip out, helping with therapies, or splashing about in my own hydrotherapy pool! Nights are just as important - I need you to support my evening routine, help me stay safe and comfy overnight. Sometimes, you'll even get the chance to travel with me and my family on holiday!

No experience? No worries!

Full training is provided for everything you'll need to know about me. If you've supported someone with additional needs before, that's great - but what matters most to me is your kindness, reliability, and positive energy.

Who we're looking for:

Female carers who are caring, patient, and up for being part of a friendly, supportive team. Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in - whether that's joining in with dance moves, helping me with therapy, or enjoying some glittery fun with me.

Rates of Pay:

Rates dependent on experience

Weekday - 16.78 per hour to Weekday - 18.83 per hour Weekend - 19.15 per hour - 20.98 per hour Bank Holiday - 33.57 per hour to 37.67 per hour
*An Enhanced DBS with Barring Adult Workforce required
