Community Care Assistance (female)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Community Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals within the community, both in their own homes and in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, preparing meals, and laundry.

- Support elderly individuals and young adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs.

- Assist with personal care, daily activities, and enable individuals to access the community.

- Encourage and support independence.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to travel to and from locations.

We have a variety of shifts available with full-time and part-time positions, from zero-hour contracts to 35 hours per week.
