Summary

We are seeking a Community Assistant to join our dedicated team at Tremenheere Home Care. This role is essential in delivering personalized support and assistance to our clients, helping them with various tasks while ensuring their comfort and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support and assistance to clients in their homes. Help clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication management. Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual client needs. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in health or circumstances. Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits.

Requirements

Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes. A valid driving license is desirable for travel between client locations.

Pay Rates between 12.60-13.00 Travel time paid at 12.60, mileage paid on top of this

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
