Job Description

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Preston (PR3) area.


You'll be supporting our female client with full mental capacity who is living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). She is non-verbal and requires assistance with tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation, PEG feeding, medication administration, and catheter care. Support will also involve hoist transfers and providing attentive, person-centred care to ensure comfort, dignity, and independence are maintained.


Shifts include

Day shifts from 8am to 8pm Waking nights from 8pm to 8am Full and Part time roles Alternate Weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. Key Requirements:
