We are seeking a reliable and compassionate

Female Complex Care Support Worker & Driver

to provide personalised care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.


This role involves working closely with individuals to ensure they receive consistent, high-quality care that promotes dignity, comfort and independence. You will provide a mix of clinical and personal assistance, helping each client live confidently within their community.


You will be part of a small, professional team offering round-the-clock care to ensure every client feels safe, supported and valued.

Responsibilities



Deliver one-to-one personal care with empathy and respect. Support with feeding, PEG management and suctioning (training provided). Assist with mobility, positioning and daily living activities. Drive clients to medical appointments, community visits and social outings using an adapted vehicle. Maintain accurate notes and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals. Work collaboratively with lead carers to ensure care plans are followed and reviewed regularly. Uphold high standards of infection control, safety and confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications



Previous experience in

complex care or clinical support

(essential).

Valid UK driving licence

with willingness to travel locally.

Female carer

required for personal care (Genuine Occupational Requirement). Experience or training in PEG feeding and suctioning preferred. Flexible approach to shift patterns, including nights or weekends when needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills
