Job description
We are looking to recruit full-time caring Female individuals to join our team of La vie en Rose in the Gloucestershire in Cheltenham area. All team works alternative weekends. Hours : EARLY (between 06:00-15:00) LATE (between 14:00-22:00)

Responsibilities and Duties:
Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
Have the right to work in the UK
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience preferred but not essential
Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
Have compassion, empathy and patience
Are trustworthy, honest and respectful Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care
Treats others with dignity and respect
Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
Preparing meals and providing emotional support
Overseeing medication and providing medical support (Full training will be provided)
Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing
Daily notes keeping
Daily tasks that may be required - such as light housekeeping,
Supporting with social interaction
Support to other team members in emergency situations
Working alternate weekends essential
