Based in our London office, you will report to the Deputy Care Manager to provide support to our service users.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Assist service users with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to the service users and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the service users
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for the service users
Qualifications
- Right to Work Required
- Full UK driving license
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Nursing Degree or Care-related qualification is preferred but not essential
