The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. As a support worker with RCS you will be using a person - centred approach to the care you give allowing all the individuals we support achieve their goals and become as independent as possible. You will be supporting people in their own home and also support people in the community.

As a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as helping the person we are supporting to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, travel, musical evenings, cinema, swimming, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
