Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students. The ideal candidate will have experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children, and a strong ability to communicate effectively. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities
Develop tailored lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each student. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Create engaging and interactive learning experiences to motivate students. Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and resources. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and self-esteem in learners.
Requirments
Experience in tutoring preferred This role is mainly during the daytime (09:00 - 14:00) and some evening shifts as well as weekends.
GCSE Maths, English, Science Required at GRADE 7-9
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 10.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Work Location: In person
