Healthcare Assistant

, you'll step in wherever you're most needed, bringing an exceptional personal touch and doing the "little things" that make a big difference.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes - personal care, delegated healthcare tasks, medication support, mobility, meal prep and meaningful companionship. Monitoring client wellbeing, documenting changes and liaising with families, GPs and the office team to nip problems in the bud. Championing dignity, choice and independence, tailoring every interaction to what reallymatters to each person.
A full UK driving licence & your own vehicle is required. Genuine passion for delivering "above-and-beyond" care with warmth, patience and respect. Availability for early (7.30 am - 3.00pm) or late shifts (3.00pm - 10.30pm), 5 days a week plus alternate weekends.
