We are looking to recruit an experienced Female Home Care Assistant to support a Service User requiring 24 hour care and support.
Hours:
Variable shifts required - 07:15 - 14:30, 13:30 - 20:45., 20:00 - 08:00. To make it fair for all staff, we all work alternative weekends.
Pay:
13 per hour
Section 7(2b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies that there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff for this position

The head office is based in Bourne, however the company currently serves areas including Bourne, Stamford, Peterborough and surrounding villages.

The role:
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
Provide Companionship
Accompany the Service User to medical appointments.
Observe, monitor and record the Service Users' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
Encourage and support the Service User to participate in social and recreational activities.
Assist the Service User with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting, medication administration.
Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of the Service User.
