Summary

As an In Home Caregiver at Visiting Angels Coventry, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. This position is essential in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients in their homes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens. Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed, including driving to appointments or errands. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.

Requirements

Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential - training can be provided) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required. Right to work in the UK Clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
