What We're Looking For
We're looking for a
motivated, experienced, and positive Female Martial Arts Instructor
who:
Has experience teaching children and teens (ages 4-18)
Brings enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism to every session
Specialises in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Traditional Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ, or MMA
Has experience in martial arts competitions
Is passionate about mentoring youth and fostering their development
Has excellent teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detials
Your Responsibilities
As a Wutian Martial Arts Instructor, your role will go beyond teaching martial arts. You will:
Lead structured, fun, and safe martial arts classes
Track student progress and help prepare them for grading and assessments
Support the development of discipline, confidence, and respect in every child
Read and reinforce a weekly life skill or manners principle with students
Manage grading paperwork and student records efficiently
Recognise and reward student progress by selecting a "Student of the Month"
Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and high-performing environment
Update admin coaches on the student progress.

Requirements
Cheerful, confident, and professional attitude
Passion for teaching and inspiring children
Reliable and organised with strong attention to detail
Experience in teaching martial arts for a few years.
DBS check (required or willing to apply)
Prior experience working in schools, clubs, or camps is a plus
First Aid certificate is a plus.
Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
: 2-3 hours of Martial Arts Instructor and Classroom Management Training
Saturdays
: 9:15 AM - 11:45 AM - Teaching classes
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Volunteer
Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
