Roses Quality Care are seeking for a reliable and professional female care assistant who can drive a minivan to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drivng clients efficiently and safely, ensuring timely service to our clients. This role requires a candidate with a full UK manual drivers license, strong understanding of vehicle operation and excellent communication skills.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles, including minivan. Plan and follow efficient transportation of clients to ensure timely arrivals at designated locations. Maintain accurate records of transporting clients mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays. Uphold high standards of customer service by representing the company professionally during transporting clients..

Skills

Proven experience as a mini driver or in a similar roles. Reliable and professional care assistant. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; valid driver's licence for relevant vehicle types. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely and efficiently. Knowledge of route planning and navigation tools to optimise transporting clients schedules. Organised with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
