Female Night Support Worker/ Carer/ Health Care Assistant
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Wake Night Support Worker for a female child with complex medical needs, acquired brain injury and visual difficulties based near Bromley.
Are you kind and caring with a good sense of humour?
Do you have previous experience of working in a team and supporting children or vulnerable people in their own homes?
Do you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal?
The Support Worker will play a key role in facilitating our client's everyday needs, including rehabilitation therapy, medication, personal care, appointments and activities. If you have a positive approach and the flexibility to motivate a team and support a young female to achieve her potential then we would like to hear from you. You will be supported by a wider multi-disciplinary team and case management service.

Week 1 Sat and Sun

night shifts - 6.45pm to 7amWeek 2 Sat night

night shift - 6.45pm to 7amWeek 3 Monday Tuesday

night shifts - 6.45pm to 7amWeek 4 Tuesday

night shifts - 6.45pm to 7amThe successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and minimum of 2 professional references.
