Key Responsibilities:
Provide continuous overnight supervision and support (wake and watch nights).
Monitor and respond to oxygen therapy needs.
Observe and manage epilepsy, including seizure monitoring and appropriate interventions.
Administer PEG feeds in accordance with care plans and clinical guidance.
Assist with regular turns to maintain comfort and prevent pressure injuries.
Deliver personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
Manage catheter care, ensuring hygiene and proper functioning.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team.
Promote a safe, calm, and supportive environment tailored to individual needs.
About you
+ Previous experience in a similar role or with complex care needs is desirable.
+ Knowledge of epilepsy, PEG feeding, catheter care, and oxygen therapy.
+ Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout night shifts.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ A caring, patient, and respectful approach to support.
