We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personnel Assistant to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various HR ok systems to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to maintain accurate employee data.
Support recruitment efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
Conduct data entry tasks to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
Collaborate with team members to manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling personnel files and documentation.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking employee interactions and managing HR-related queries.
Skills
Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft, with a strong understanding of human resources processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
