36 hours per week, working Days, Nights and Weekends
We're looking for flexible, compassionate people to join us as
Regional Support Workers
- supporting individuals across a range of services and locations within your local area.
You'll work with different teams, meet new people, and make a real impact in every setting - from supported living to complex care in the community. This is a
contracted role with a guaranteed rota
, but you'll be trained and ready to support across multiple packages when needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing person-centred care across different services
Supporting adults and children with complex clinical needs
Helping with personal care, communication, medication and community access
Working with new teams and adapting to different routines
Keeping accurate notes and maintaining safe, consistent support
You'll Need To Be:
A confident driver with your own car (essential for this role)
Flexible and reliable - comfortable travelling between services
Calm under pressure and good at picking things up quickly
Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
