She lives in her own rehabilitation property where the staff are supporting her to settle in and live independently, which would require support with daily living tasks. Support will be needed for community outings and activities. The role also involves offering guidance on safe decision-making, as she is a vulnerable adult who may not always recognize risks. Using clear and simple communication to assist with planning and choices will be necessary.

Providing companionship, being a good listener, and offering appropriate advice when needed are important aspects of the role. Supporting her interests, including photography, music (dance and house genres), and beauty treatments (hair, nails, eyelashes), will contribute to her overall happiness and confidence.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach is required. The ability to provide structure while respecting her boundaries and preferences is key. A full driver's license and access to a vehicle for community outings are necessary. A willingness to engage in physical activities and follow therapy guidance is expected.
