Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Female Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This role requires a strong presence, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and loss prevention measures. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued, along with certifications in first aid and CPR. Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to prevent unauthorized access or activities. Conduct regular security checks to identify potential hazards or breaches of security protocols. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR. Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, access control, and loss prevention. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes when necessary. Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required to ensure swift resolution of incidents. Assist in training new security personnel on surveillance procedures, conflict management, and emergency response protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond quickly during emergencies. Must be female candidates committed to maintaining a safe environment for all individuals on-site. Prior experience with conflict resolution, law enforcement procedures, or security operations is advantageous. This position is integral to maintaining a secure environment where safety protocols are rigorously followed, ensuring peace of mind for staff and visitors alike.
Pay: 12.21-18.86 per hour
