Now Hiring: 2 Female Support Workers (Ref: VS/Beith/001)

Location: Beith | Rate of Pay: 13.73/hour

16-18 hours per week per post. Lower hours can be discussed (flexibility required, hours will build up gradually.

We're looking for two compassionate and flexible female support workers to support a young lady living at home with her parents. She has multiple health conditions and follows a structured daily routine, so reliability, empathy, and attention to detail are a must.

You'll play a vital role in her day-to-day care and wellbeing, while working closely with her family in a respectful and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing breakfast and lunch

Administering medication

Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, applying creams

Assisting with her CPAP mask

Following strict dietary requirements (Level 5 diet - more info at interview)

Adhering closely to her established routine

What We're Looking For:

Previous care experience (preferred)

Experience supporting adults with disabilities (a plus)

Moving & Assisting training (can be provided)

Respect for the family's home and privacy

Flexibility to cover extra hours during illness or holidays

This role will start with a shadowing and training period (provided by the employer) to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared.

Requirements:

Two references (including current or most recent employer)

New PVG Disclosure (paid for by employer)
