Quarriers Supported Living Services (Phase 2) is currently recruiting full time Support Workers.. Our well established adult supported living services provides support which is adapted to meet the needs of the people we support..
As a Support Worker you will play a key part in providing opportunities and supporting individual goals and needs. You will be responsible for assisting people in their daily lives which will include helping them in their own hope, personal care, taking part in activities and hobbies they love to enjoy time and time again. As a valued member of the team you will learn on the job and work on building long lasting trusting relationships which will be the key to your success.
What you will need to bring to the role

• Reliable and flexible to work a variety of shifts based on the needs of the people we support.
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals.
• Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
• Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
• Good IT & communication skills.
• Driving licence is essential due to the located and must have access to your own vehicle to meet needs.

This is a full time, permanent role working 39 hours per week.
