FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED

20 Per Hour

LOCATION

: Molesey

We are looking for energetic and active individuals to support an 21 year old female with Cerebral Palsy. Our Client lives at home with her family and attends a local college. Our Client has both physical and communication difficulties which impact on her daily life and therefore we are looking for care support for all aspects of daily living, including personal care, medication and social activities.

Within the role, you will be supported by a wider multi-disciplinary team and case management service. You will have paid annual leave and pension scheme. All training is paid for and Support Worker training / development is encouraged and supported

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Shifts are on a two week rotation:

Week 1:

Tuesday and Friday 2pm to 9pm during college term time. (14 hours)

Week 2:

Tuesday and Thursday 2pm to 9pm during college term time

Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 9pm (36 hours)

Hours available during college holidays: Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm during school holidays

We are happy for these hours to be flexible and shared with a colleague if you cannot cover all of the hours required.

ABOUT YOU

:

Previous care experience and /or therapy background would be an advantage. Our Client has some complex needs such as a PEG, therefore experience in complex care is desirable.

Car Driver with clean UK licence essential.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and minimum of two professional references.
