Are you someone who's kind, caring, and passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Our team is looking for someone just like you to join us in supporting a group of amazing adults aged 18 and over.



We're proud to support individuals with a wide range of needs and personalities. Some are independent, while others use wheelchairs or need full assistance with personal care. We work with both verbal and non-verbal individuals, and we tailor our support to meet each person's unique preferences and health conditions--including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and continence care.

? What You'll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility
Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities
Driving our team vehicle to outings and appointments (that's why a Full UK Driving Licence is essential)
Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs
Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment
Shifts

We offer:





Long Day + Sleep-In: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. the next day (includes sleep-in from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
Long Day: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

There are always at least two team members on shift during the day, and one colleague overnight--so you'll never feel alone or unsupported.
