Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker, a Driver - to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in One particular setting, in Clacton on Sea, including dom care covering Long day shifts only,. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the wellbeing and independence of those they support, with experience in caring for seniors, individuals with EPUD, ASD, Challenging behaviours, and doesn't pets (Cats) t. Duties

Deliver personalised patient care, including prompting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records Assist with meal preparation and as required, ensuring nutritional needs are met Support client through behaviour management techniques and companionship Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental wellbeing Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Drive clients to appointments or outings when necessary, ensuring safe transportation Respond promptly to emergency situations using first aid skills when needed Support families by providing updates on client wellbeing and care plans

Qualifications

Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is highly desirable Knowledge of EPUD, ASD,LD, and behavioural care best practices Certification in first aid is preferred; willingness to undertake training if not already qualified MUST - Clean Valid driving licence for transportation duties Strong communication skills and compassionate nature Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required Organisation skills for managing medication schedules and care routines Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings or weekends if necessary
