Female Support Worker




We're looking for caring individuals to support people with complex needs and help them thrive at home and in their communities.


We're holding an

Assessment Day in Doncaster

to recruit support workers for a

range of rewarding care packages

, each supporting individuals with

varying needs and conditions

.

A face-to-face Assessment Day for this role will take place on Thursday, 24th July 2025, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.




We are seeking

dedicated Support Workers

who ideally have

full flexibility with their working hours

and hold a

valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.




We have a variety of Support Worker roles available across multiple packages with

different support needs

, including but not limited to:

PEG feeding Clinically complex care Complex epilepsy Learning disabilities Spinal injury Bowel care Personal care Scoliosis Registered blindness Sensory needs Global developmental delay

Pay rates from 10.62 - 14.00 per hour depending on the package.



Variety of Shifts

- including:

Day shifts Waking nights Sleep-ins 12 and 24-hour shifts

What We're Looking For:



Female applicants (Occupational Requirement - Equality Act 2010) Drivers with access to a vehicle Ideally no restrictions to working hours Comfortable working in packages with dogs (2 packages have family dogs) Strong communication skills Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
