Job Description

We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Glasgow West covering Maryhill, Kelvindale, Hyndland, Broomhill, Anniesland, Knightswood, Drumchapel and surrounding areas.

This role is vital in providing high standards of care and support to clients in their homes. Visit times to each client can vary from one hour to eight hours. You will assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, hobbies/activities, social outings and medication assistance. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and wishes. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Support clients with Health-related challenges. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Collaborate with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions. Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately.

Due to the intimate nature of the role and client preference, we require female only applicants.

A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
