Overview

:

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to join our care team. The ideal candidate will be able to drive and will play a vital role in supporting patients with daily care needs in their homes or care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their care plans

Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and medication reminders

Build strong, respectful relationships with service users and their families

Maintain accurate records of care provided

Drive to and between service user locations (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant, HCA, Nursing Assistant, Clinical Support Worker, or Health Care Support Worker

Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car

Must be female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010) due to the nature of personal care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Caring, empathetic, and patient-centered approach

Desirable

:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

Previous domiciliary care or community care experience

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
