About the Role:
This role involves working across two services, so a full driving licence is essential.
You will be part of a
2:1 support team
for a gentleman living in a family home in Stroud who has a diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Your role will focus on promoting life skills to help reduce anxiety, supporting with personal care, and helping to build his confidence and communication abilities.
You will also support a second individual based in Gloucester who has a Severe Learning Difficulty, which affects their intellectual functioning, communication, decision?making, and understanding of risk. She requires staff support with most daily activities, including personal care, communication, safety, and engagement in both home and community life. She benefits from consistent routines, familiar staff, and a calm, predictable environment to feel safe and supported.
