Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

Responsibilities

Ensure the referral and induction process is undertaken in accordance with procedures Create a relaxed homely and safe living environment for residents Ensure the needs of residents are effectively met. Assist with dining room duties as required

Experience

NVQ level 2 Health and Social Care, or equivalent OR Essential skills level 2 communication and application of number or equivalent AND a minimum of of 1 years' formal care/support role
If none of above held then 2 years experience in a formal care/support role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.63 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
