Female Support Worker

Pay rate:

14 per hour and 11 per hour for sleeps

Shift Pattern:

8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm and 8pm - 8am sleeps



We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in

Hull

. This person has

complex clinical Mental Health needs,

-- and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.


What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. This person is moving into their own home after a long period in hospital, and they'll be supported by a dedicated team providing 1:1 care day and night. The role is focused on helping them settle into the community, encouraging independence, and providing safe, consistent support..

What you'll be doing

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high?quality support on a 1

:1 basis

Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
