Female Support Workers

SELF EMPLOYED and PAYE

Expenses paid to Drivers with access to a car.

We are seeking compassionate Female PAs/ Support Workers to provide support to a delightful young adult with her own individual needs and interests . She has tailored support to help her to live a happy and fulfilled life and to access various activities in the community completing everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, etc.

You have to be a special person to join our team of hard working and committed individuals. Working as part of our team means each day is varied yet exciting and you will never get bored.

Hours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday .

1) Must have be calm, warm, caring , friendly

2) have experience in supporting vulnerable people with LD/ASD

3) Be skilled in behaviour management or willing to complete training

4) Must be a team player

5) Honest and reliable

Duties
- Assisting the young adult to access activities in the community

- Assisting the young adult with individuals daily activities such as shopping , meal preparation etc

- Provide emotional support and companionship to the young adult

Skills
- Experience of supporting people/ experience in home care or a similar caregiving role
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the needs of individuals with ASD/LD / complex needs or willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 12.21-18.00 per hour

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
