Hours:
Shift pattern is 7 on 7 off, a great shift pattern to give ultimate work life balance, having a full week off every other week, so in fact working 6 months of the year !
Alternative Shift Pattern is: Week one 5 Long days Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday Sunday, Week two Wednesday, Thursday and 2 sleeps across the two weeks
Driving Requirement:
Full UK Driving Licence is required

Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager.
Provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child.
Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs,

What do you need?
We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
Great communication skills, positive and energetic.Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome.
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available. Full UK Driving Licence is required.
