Pay rates

start at 12.27 an hour with weekends, evenings, and nights paid at a higher hourly rate. We also pay Non-Customer Contact Time between consecutive sessions of support which are less than 2 hours, and double pay on Bank Holidays.

Contract

: This is a permanent role with a contract

Shift patterns: Stokesley

shifts are 3pm - 7pm & Sleepover shifts

Northallerton shift 1

- weekdays 3.30pm - 9.30pm with occasional sleepovers

Weekends 9am- 5pm or 5pm - 9.30pm with occasional sleepovers

Northallerton 2

- weekdays and weekends 3pm - 10pm

Sleepover 7am - 9am, 9am - 3pm. There will be an expectation to undertake sleepovers as part of the rota and these are paid at 80.19 per shift.

Hours

: We currently offer part time, full time or casual working hours.

Key responsibilities:



Support within supported living homes based in Northallerton and Stokesley. Support with daily living tasks, medication, finances, events including Zumba, clubbercise and inclusive events. Ability to join in with events preferred! Sociable bubbly people required with good communication skills, looking for verbal and non verbal cues Due to our customer having support needs with personal care only female applicants can be considered. This is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
