Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable

female support worker

to offer one-to-one care for a woman in her home. The role is centred on empowering her daily independence while maintaining dignity and comfort in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing practical support around the home, including domestic tasks and personal care Supporting health and wellbeing routines Promoting autonomy while remaining responsive to individual support needs Maintaining accurate, respectful communication with the wider care team.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with clear, respectful communication skills Able to work independently with initiative, as well as part of a support network Organised, attentive to detail, and emotionally attuned. Must be female due to the nature of personal care (in line with equality legislation)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
